Chris Tumey
President
Chris Tumey is a seasoned and visionary leader in the power generation industry, bringing over 39 years of expertise in operations, start-up commissioning, and construction management. A proud U.S. Navy Veteran, Chris began his career in power generation during his military service, fostering a lifelong commitment to innovation and operational excellence.
As the founder, President, and Managing Partner of TG&H Industrial Energy, Mr. Tumey spearheaded the company’s rise from its inception in 2017 to its transition into Curtis Stout Power in 2024. Under his leadership, TG&H’s core staff delivered groundbreaking power generation projects worldwide, specializing in construction management, industrial field services, start-up commissioning, and long-term operations. Currently serving as President of Curtis Stout Power, Mr. Tumey integrates his years of experience and expertise and is setting new industry standards in industrial power and electrical solutions.
Mr. Tumey's career is distinguished by global high-impact acheivements, including the landmark installation of the first 7HA.02 2x1 Combined Cycle Power Plant in the U.S. His extensive project portfolio spans various plant configurations and turbine manufactures, highlighting his versatility and depth of expertise. Having held key roles such as Project Director, Commissioning Manager, and Plant Manager, Mr. Tumey has built a proven track record of success. Renowned for his ability to manage complex EPC contracts, develop mitigation plans, mitigate risks, and achieve on-time, under-budget project completions, Mr. Tumey excels in project management, plant operations, start-up commissioning, and Distributed Control Systems (DCS).
Chris is a staunch advocate for safety, quality, and team development, ensuring that every project achieves operational excellence from concept through commercial operation. His hands-on approach and strategic vision have consistently delivered seamless project execution and exceptional outcomes.

Brad Hopkins
Chief Financial Officer
Brad Hopkins, who was instrumental in the development and success of TG&H from inception in 2017 until it's transition to Curtis Stout Power in late 2024, serves as the Chief Financial Officer.
Brad, being a retired business owner himself, understands the diligence necessary to ensure a seamless and efficient financial process for the company and its clients. He serves as a liaison between Curtis Stout Power and our investors, analysts, and other stakeholders, providing detailed financial information and maintaining transparency in all financial communications.
Julio Reyes
VP of Business Development - Texas
Julio C. Reyes, who is a seasoned executive with over 47 years of expertise in the energy sector, serves as the Vice President of Business Development for Curtis Stout Power. In this role, he focuses on consulting services that prioritize safety systems for schools and commercial facilities, clean air solutions, electric vehicle (EV) chargers for industrial and commercial applications, and renewable energy projects, including solar and energy audits. His work assists clients in conserving energy and reducing costs in sectors such as education, government, Indian Reservations, and industrial facilities.
Mr. Reyes brings decades of experience he aquired during his illustrious career with American Electric Power (AEP), a Fortune 500 electric utility serving six million customers across 34 states, including Hawaii. Based in Corpus Christi, Texas, Julio held pivotal leadership roles at AEP, driving advancements in public policy, governmental affairs, community services, customer services, energy audits, and economic development. Throughout his tenure, Julio served as State President for AEP’s Texas and Oklahoma operations, Vice President of External Affairs for Texas, Director of Division Operations in the Texas Rio Grande Valley, and Area Business Manager in Eagle Pass and Brownsville/Port Isabel. He also led initiatives in Oklahoma as Regional Sales Manager, implementing energy audits for Public Service of Oklahoma (PSO).
Beyond his professional endeavors, Julio is a dedicated community leader. He has been deeply involved with nonprofit organizations in Texas and Oklahoma, serving on boards and in leadership roles. His affiliations include the American Heart Association (past president), Goodwill, Junior Achievement (past president), and the Delmar College Foundation (past president). He currently serves as President of the South Texas Council of Boy Scouts.

Barry Hannan
Chief Operating Officer
Barry Hannan is a seasoned executive with over 25 years of experience in finance, project management, and executive leadership. Throughout his career, he has consistently demonstrated a strong ability to lead teams and deliver exceptional results in dynamic, high-pressure environments.
As Chief Operating Officer of Curtis Stout Power, formerly TG&H Industrial Energy Services, Mr. Hannan is renowned for his dedication to safety, operational excellence, and business growth. With a strategic focus on identifying opportunities and driving innovation, he oversees daily operations and ensures projects are successfully managed from inception to commercial operation. His expertise in project controls, budget management, and critical path analysis ensures projects are executed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. By fostering clear and transparent communication with internal teams and clients, Barry builds trust and drives successful outcomes.
In his previous role as Senior Project Manager at Exelon Power Team, Mr. Hannan simultaneously managed multiple power generation projects while overseeing $2.3 billion in capital. His leadership brought new power-generating facilities online, showcasing his expertise in large-scale project execution and strategic financial management. He provided governance in key areas such as contract administration, budget oversight, and risk mitigation. Acting as the primary point of contact for clients and vendors, Mr. Hannan ensured seamless communication, proactive issue resolution, and strong stakeholder relationships.
While at TG&H, Barry played a pivotal role in developing and overseeing the company's core operating procedures, helping to establish TG&H as an industry leader. His leadership and strategic direction ensured the company’s operations were streamlined, effective, and positioned for long-term success in the competitive energy sector.
Mr. Hannan’s career reflects a proven ability to drive operational efficiency, nurture robust client partnerships, and lead teams to achieve organizational objectives. Ronnie Bunch
VP of Construction & Project Management
Ronnie Bunch serves as the Vice President of Project Management at Curtis Stout Power. With nearly two decades of experience, he has transformed the landscape of power generation, overseeing the planning, design, construction, and commissioning of state-of-the-art power plants.
Ronnie's journey in the industry began humbly as a meter reader, and his relentless drive and keen insight have led him to add over 13 gigawatts of power to the electricity grid, solidifying his reputation as a transformative leader in the industry.
Mr. Bunch is not only focused on the numbers; he prioritizes safety and environmental stewardship, ensuring that every project he leads is executed on time, within budget, and with uncompromising safety and quality. His commitment to delivering reliable energy solutions which consistently exceed customer expectations showcases his passion for innovation and excellence in the ever-evolving power generating industry.

VP of Global Business Development
Douglas Mitchell is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in energy production, strategic consulting, and business development. As Vice President of Global Business Development at Curtis Stout Power, Douglas leads initiatives to deliver innovative, reliable, and sustainable energy solutions worldwide. His career spans technology, consulting, and power generation, with a proven track record of driving growth and advancing critical infrastructure projects.
With expertise in combined cycle and simple cycle natural gas facilities, waste-to-energy systems, battery storage integration, and distributed generation, Douglas has successfully supported the development of projects ranging from modular microgrids to gigawatt-scale power plants. His work includes international projects in Eastern Europe and North Africa, supporting energy transitions through coal-to-gas conversions, renewable integration, and advanced storage solutions.
In addition to his role at Curtis Stout Power, Douglas serves as Co-Founder, CEO, and Board Member of Scholar Path, a platform dedicated to guiding students in their educational and career journeys, and President of Gateway City Consulting, where he provides strategic advisory services across multiple industries. His leadership reflects a deep commitment to community development, workforce readiness, and mentoring future leaders.
Douglas’s ability to navigate complex regulatory landscapes, secure financing, and align stakeholders has established him as a trusted partner in the energy sector. His vision and hands-on approach continue to shape projects that meet today’s power demands while laying the foundation for a sustainable future.
Shawn Nixon
VP of Strategic Global Business Development
Shawn D. Nixon is a highly accomplished executive with over 19 years of experience driving growth and innovation across the energy, finance, and governmental affairs sectors worldwide. As Vice President of Strategic Global Business Development at Curtis Stout Power, Shawn plays a pivotal part in advancing the company’s mission to provide our clients turn-key power generation across the globe.
In this role, he leads international expansion efforts, building strategic partnerships and overseeing large-scale initiatives that deliver reliable and sustainable energy solutions to diverse markets. His leadership and vision continue to position Curtis Stout Power as a trusted partner for governments and private enterprises seeking forward-thinking energy strategies.
In addition to his work with Curtis Stout Power, Shawn currently serves as Executive Director of Gateway City Consulting, where he oversees the Business Development and Global Strategy Divisions for the Europe and GCC regions. Under his leadership, Gateway City Consulting’s project portfolio has grown to $350 million, with a focus on fostering international partnerships and driving market growth.
Earlier in his career, Shawn worked with Schlumberger, where he played a key role in securing a multi-million-dollar contract with ExxonMobil in Papua New Guinea and establishing a geothermal drilling department in New Zealand, demonstrating his expertise in global energy development and operational strategy.
Shawn holds a degree in Pre-Law Studies from the University of Arkansas, Fayetteville. He is also an active member of The Society of Professional Engineers in Papua New Guinea and the Windsor Energy Group in the United Kingdom, reflecting his deep involvement in international energy leadership networks.
Continuing his professional growth, Shawn is completing a Global Project Management certificate from Berlin’s International Business Management Institute, expected in May 2025, and is on track to earn his MBA in International Business and Global Strategy from the Singapore Business School in December 2025.
With a proven track record of securing and managing multi-billion-dollar projects, Shawn brings exceptional expertise and global perspective to Curtis Stout Power’s mission of delivering innovative and sustainable energy solutions worldwide.
